Campaign Dashboards

Campaign Dashboards show inbound email event data that allow you to monitor your email campaigns with the aid of powerful campaign and date filtering.

Examples of email events include Email Sent, Email Opened, and Email Bounced.

Event data is updated continually unless the database is down for maintenance, in which case events are queued and shown on the dashboards as soon as the database is back online.

A unique set of dashboards are created every time a new campaign key or Email Manager download account link is created. These dashboards are automatically removed when the associated Campaign Key or Email Download Link is removed. In this case the data will remain in the tables and can be used in analysis and reporting in Campaign Manager.

By default the dashboards are filtered to show event data from the last seven days from all campaigns, irrespective of when the campaign was sent. If a campaign was sent a month ago, and recipients are still opening emails, then these events will be displayed in the dashboards. Filtering functionality can be used to restrict the campaigns shown on the dashboards.
